Improving branch's digital device usage at work

The project aimed to investigate low tablet usage across Cera tech branches for Digital Care Plans.

The research focused on identifying blockers/challenges and finding solutions to increase usage.

In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 CQLs and 3 RMs from 4 Cera branches.

The study explored users' general experiences with digital devices and specifically targeted using a Cera product called DCP on tablets.

Findings can be used to improve tablet usability and optimize digital device use for Digital Care Plans.
